HOW DO I ORDER A SET OF NAILS?
A sizing kit is required for any set to be made. You can choose your preferred shape & length in either a standard Sizing Kit or a Ready-to-Wear Sizing Kit.
You can either choose a Custom Press On Set based on the tier we discussed above or there's a variety or pre-selected designs you can pick.
WHAT IS THE PRICING OF A CUSTOM SET?
Pricing is broken down into Design Tiers.
Once we have discussed the style/design you are wanting, I will provide what design tier it falls into so you can purchase the correct one for your custom set.
Additional add-ons will increase the price of your design
WHAT COMES WITH MY ORDER?
Every set of nails comes with 10 hand-painted nails + a nail prep kit (buffer, file, cuticle pusher, alcohol pad), nail glue, instructions, & extra surprise goodies :)
HOW LONG DO THE NAILS LAST?
The nails can last you anywhere from 2-4 weeks.
That will always come down to how well you prep your natural nails & how rough you are with your hands on a daily basis.
ARE THERE ANY TIPS OR TRICKS FOR APPLYING THE NAILS?

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO REMOVE THE NAILS?
To prevent damage to your press-ons or your real nails you'll want to do this:
Soak in warm soapy water for 5-10 mins. The nails should be able to peel off. If still not coming off , add cuticle oil around nail & soak in more warm water.
ARE THE NAILS REUSABLE?
Yes!
Once they’ve been removed you can file/buff off any remaining glue, save them, and rewear them again. All you need to do is follow the same exact steps for nail prep & application.

I only ship within the USA but this could change in time!
WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
Custom Sets are currently at 3-5 business days.
ARE THERE OPTIONS FOR SHIPPING SPEED?
Standard Shipping = USPS Ground (typically 3-5 business days)
Priority Shipping = 2 day shipping is available during checkout
WHAT IF THE NAILS I PURCHASED DON’T FIT?
Unfortunately due to the nail sets being handmade, no refunds or remakes of sets can be made. To make sure your nails fit perfectly, make sure to order a sizing kit in the shape/length of your choice.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
No refunds or exchanges due to the orders being custom made.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
